Vision Counts uses uploaded video and project metadata to process traffic counts, generate exports, and operate the application. Raw footage is retained only for a limited processing window unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

To restore an unfinished project after a reload, your browser may temporarily keep the draft setup and selected video files on this device. Recovery records are separated by account, organization, and draft. Submitting or discarding the draft asks the browser to remove them; records older than seven days are ignored and removed when recovery storage is next accessed. You can remove them sooner by clearing this site's browser data, and you should not rely on local recovery on a shared browser profile.

When you create an account, contact us, or report a problem, we collect the information you provide along with limited account, product, and technical details needed to operate, secure, and support the service. We keep this information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell customer project data. For privacy, retention, or deletion requests, use our contact form.
